Returns and Exchanges
PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of the product once an item has been used it is a final sale. Any unused pillow can be returned in its original condition within 30-days after the purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping or returning the item to Om Sweet Om. If you’d like to begin a return claim, please email us at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Number( RAN). You will need to include this number along with a copy of your original receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items returned for an exchange will be used as a credit towards a new order. If the returned items are worth more than the new order total, a credit will be issued to the customer.
How to Return an item: please first contact us at [email protected] with the reason for the return, once you have a reply from us, please proceed with the following:
Please note that we can ONLY accept brand new items back. Please do not return anything that has been used or washed. Once we get a return, we do a full inspection, if the inspection concludes that the item has not been used, we would refund you the amount you paid, minus a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible to get the product back to our warehouse. You can ship it to us at the address listed below.
PROGRAMS: The cost of our programs is non-refundable.
