What does Nourish Include…
4 Digital Modules arriving to your email box every other week. These modules include a power point/audio presentation created by the OSO Sister’s and are approximately 50-60 minutes in length. Each Module is strategically placed throughout the 8 weeks to help create sustainable changes and will include homework/fun-work for implementing these new tools into your daily life.
Module 1: Reconnection: Learning to turn inward for our answers, guidance, and clarity, how meditation assists with this reconnection, mindset and reframing our thoughts.
Module 2: Self-love/Self-care: How to incorporate this in your life and why it matters. Making movement/fitness a priority, creating a sacred space, and mindfulness/meditation.
Module 3: Mindful Eating: How this is a life changing practice, real food/fake food, how to tackle food sensitivities, meal planning, where to shop and 4-1-1 on label reading!
Module: 4: Alternative Healing Modalities: Healing our relationship with food, getting to the root cause of symptoms, cleansing, essentials oils and energy healing.
